The Fab Four and Their Biggest Hits

Who are the Beatles?
First of all, if you do not know the answer to the question, you're living under a rock. The Beatles were on the top since they first started. Consisting of 4 friends: John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, and Ringo Starr, the band released their first album, My Bonnie, and continued producing amazing songs till Abbey Road, their last work as a band.
What made them so popular?
One of the reasons for the Beatles' rise to fame was their unforgettable charm and quirky looks. As they progressed on tours and released albums, fans started becoming crazy over their sense of humor, which was cleverly displayed in each of their songs. Also, their fun attitude, impromptu wittiness, and friendliness towards their fans helped develop their fan base throughout the world.
Are they still popular today?
The atomic bomb didn't make a singular impact and then disappear. Neither did the Beatles. In a positive way, of course, the Beatles have impacted the rock-and-roll industry, and, in a broader view, the world in a tremendous way, by taking the first steps into the concept of a rock-and-roll band, and attracted many people by doing so. Though they broke apart formally as a band, their legacy lives on in the hearts of their many fans.
How did they change the world forever?
The Beatles made a lasting impact which went past their time and will go past many others. They did so by continuously having the same consistency throughout each performance. For example, they continuously endorsed themselves through their hair(mop-top), taste in fashion(collarless suits), and the format in which they published their songs(albums). Through such continuous innovation and trends, the Beatles have changed the entire world in a big way. Setting new trends daily worked well for them, increasing their popularity tremendously.
For one, the change of the Beatles' fashion is so drastic that it does not seem to be the same group at the beginning of 1960s and the end of 1970s.
What are their best songs?
Though it is hard to narrow down such a huge cornucopia of songs by one of the greatest bands of all time, below is a list of which ones I think are the best:
1. Hey Jude
2. A Day in The Life
3. Yesterday
4. Let It Be
5. I Want to Hold Your Hand
With such remarkable attendance each time there is a song, however, this list is very opinionated and might not be the top of other surveys or research. That being said, these few songs are a great tribute to the band's memory.
Timeline
The band members of the Beatles were born in the early 40s. They first met in 1957, and then in 1961, started performing at the Cavern Club in 1961. Then, after firing Pete Best and hiring Ringo Starr, the Beatles started releasing albums professionally. In 1964, they made the move to USA to expand their horizons physically. The Beatles continued publishing record-breaking albums and songs which were constantly on the top charts, and truly inspired major innovation in the 60s and 70s. After this, the band broke up, with 2 members dying, while the other 2 are still extremely active in the musical world.
