~ Providing a readily accessible channel of communication through which continual dialogue and exchange of information and ideas may be carried on between the faculty and University officials .

~The Crimson Tide enjoyed great national success, notably under coach Paul “Bear” Bryant in the 1960s and ’70s
~Our football team now is also a huge success , with the help of there coach Nick Sabin .
~Their Strategic goal is to help kids follow their dreams and lead them in the right path to success .
~The oldest public university in the state, the University of Alabama at Tuscaloosa traces its history to 1818, when the U.S. government authorized land for the institution.
~ It received a land grant from the state in 1820 and began conducting classes in 1831. In 1860 the university became a military school, eventually providing officers for the Confederacy during the American Civil War.
~ The president of this lovely school is Judy Bonner .
