Ellis island

Ellis island is a place where immigrants went through inspections before they went into America. If immigrants were sick they had to go back home. If they were not sick they could come into America. Inspectors asked immigrants questions like: What is your name?, Why are you coming to America? After the inspections immigrants that passed went into America.
