Kindergarten Readiness-Summer School
Hello Families of current 4K students,
Please be reminded of the Kindergarten Readiness Academy Class that is offered for all incoming Kindergarten students this summer. This class will include some of the following skills and lessons:
- active group participation and socialization
- continued exposure to literature and math skills
- fine motor skills and games
These are just a few of the areas that will be addressed in the 3 hour program. This is also a great opportunity to boost self-confidence and have exposure to the larger school buildings. Students will also have weekly access to the school library and be able to check out books.
The target class size is 12 students. The class time is 8:00-11:00 on Monday through Thursday on the following weeks: June 6, 13, 20, 27 & July 11 (no class the week of July 4). Kindergarten Readiness Academy Class is offered all all elementary school buildings this summer.
Enrollment forms can be obtained in your school office. If you have additional questions about this opportunity, please connect with Mrs. April Keepers, principal at Coolidge Elementary (920) 751-6955 or akeepers@neenah.k12.wi.us.
