Principal's Message
Greetings Sunny Heights Families,
The month of October is coming to an end. We have completed our 11th week of school and have been amazed by the great work our students and staff have been doing each day. We hope to continue seeing EXCELLENCE shown each and every day. As parents, you can help support your student(s) in many ways. One way is to provide the district input and feedback to make informed decisions about how to support our students, families, and staff during this time. Please take a moment to complete the Parent/Caregiver Survey if you have not.
Finally, the safety and health of our students, families, and staff is still our top priority. It is important that families refer to the S.A.F.E. Reopening Plan for guidelines on student illness, COVID symptoms, and the steps taken by the school nurse when students exhibit symptoms. We want every student and staff member here each and everyday, but we must do so in as safe a manner as possible. We appreciate everyone's patience and understanding during this difficult time.
As always, do not hesitate to reach out if you need anything.
Thank you for all that you do!

🍂 FALL BACK! 🍁
We would like your input....
Families and Caregivers of Warren Township, students and teachers have completed the first quarter of school for the 2020-2021 school year. We would now like to look back and determine what went well, as well as look ahead to the rest of the school year and identify areas of growth. As a valued partner, we would like your input on how MSD Warren is doing with health and safety measures, communication, and family needs as we continue to navigate these unprecedented times. Please take a few minutes to complete this survey via the link below. The survey window is open from October 19th through November 2nd.

ALL STUDENTS - ATTENDANCE
For the 2020-2021 school year, Warren Township has transitioned to a new student information system called Synergy allowing our parents and caregivers to have improved access to school information through the parent portal called ParentVUE. We are aware that at this time some students’ attendance records are reflecting students are absent, when in fact they were present. This is mostly the case for our students who are attending school VIRTUALLY on application days or in the VIRTUAL opinion full-time. We want to assure you that teachers are keeping accurate attendance records and that we are working to correct attendance records for all our students.
