Graduation Thanks

We were so proud to walk our seniors over the threshold to the next step in their lives as we witnessed their graduation on June 20th, and are excited to share with you some pictures and videos from the big event! If you weren't able to make it to graduation, don't worry! Keep an eye out for the full ceremony, which will be on LTPS Rewind HERE sometime this summer.

Thank you to Tom Ervin for capturing every speech, every smile, every song, and every moment of the class of 2019's graduation!

Thank you to Benny Williams and Sam Pastorella for grabbing priceless photos of our graduates! To view/order photos, please check out the following links:

Thanks to Island Photography for their services during the ceremony, and to NJ.com for their coverage of the event!

Finally, thank you to our graduates, for representing LHS with class and pride, and to their families, for sharing these precious, amazing young adults with us for the past four years!

* Administrative Changes *

LHS would like to let you know of some changes to our administrative team effective for the coming school year. As you may or may not know, Assistant Principal Alyson Fischer will now be known as Principal Fischer as she heads around the block to share leadership duties as one of Lawrence Intermediate School's recently appointed co-principals (sharing the role with Thomas Toohey)! While we will miss her and the countless positive attributes she brought to LHS, we know she's just around the corner and wish her success and happiness in her new position. With that said, Mrs. Fischer's exciting new venture left us with an administrative position to fill here at LHS...

We are pleased to officially welcome a familiar face to the LHS administrative team. Dr. Damian Bariexca, who you have known previously as the District Supervisor of Technology, Fine Arts, and Practical Arts, has joined LHS as its newest assistant principal.

Congratulations to Mrs. Fischer and to Dr. Bariexca on the next step of their journeys!
