1 cup of yogurt

½ cup of milk

2 spoons of sugar

2 eggs

1 spoon of vanilla extract

1 spoon of lemon zest

a little bit of salt

1 cup of flour

1 teaspoon of baking powder

4 spoons of oil

Maple syrup


Put the yogurt, milk, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, lemon zest and salt in a large bowl. Mix them all together. Put the flour and baking powder into the bowl and mix until the lumps are gone.

Preheat the oil in a large skillet, pour half a cup of the mixture into the skillet. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface, flip and cook until browned on the other side.

Serve hot, with maple syrup on top. You can add fruits on the side.
