Aron Ralston

This book explores the life of the author Aron Ralston. The original reason for the book was to discuss the time that he had his arm smashed between a chockstone and a wall but considering that a book like that would be sad it also explores his passion.

Aron has been an avid climber always trying to better himself. He is and avid solo climber and reaches his goals of climbing all of Colorado's mountains that exceed 14,000 feet at their summit in the winter by himself. That is why when in the middle of summer when traversing a easy canyon it is outrageous to think that his life might end as it has almost done several other times.

This book is amazing with texture life and grit all bound between its pages. It is hard not to be hooked as he talks about all of his daring egotistical climbs. There is never a dull moment and it shows in great detail the determination he had to reach his goals. All in all this book with its great description is a captivating work of art that will capture anyones mind. Although due to the use of jargon at times and can be difficult to understand it is still a great read.

Authors purpose

Aron wants people to know what it is like to test yourself and share your passion with others. He also wants everyone to live life to the fullest with no regrets as he has done event though sometimes his actions have gotten him in dangerous predicaments.
