Picking up Poinsettias
Dear Supporter of the Clear Lake Falcon Band,
I hope this message finds you and your family well. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has generously purchased holiday plants which will decorate the stage for the upcoming Winter Concert on Tuesday, December 12th. Your support is integral to the success of the Clear Lake Falcon Band Program, and we sincerely appreciate your contribution.
To facilitate the efficient and organized pickup of the pre-purchased Poinsettias, Christmas Cacti, and Norfolk Pines, we have outlined the following instructions:
Envelope Pickup: Before the Winter Concert, we kindly ask you to collect your envelope from the designated Poinsettia table located outside the auditorium. Each envelope will contain your order information.
Concert Conclusion Pickup: At the conclusion of the concert, two designated lines will form, leading up the center aisle. Our dedicated volunteers will be present to collect your order information and distribute the holiday plants promptly.
We appreciate your patience as we strive to ensure a seamless pickup process. Furthermore, we invite and greatly appreciate any volunteers who are willing to assist in the distribution of plants.
Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at 832-926-2139 or audrey.d.tran@gmail.com. Thank you once again for supporting the Clear Lake Falcon Band Program.
Cheers and Happy Holidays,
Audrey Tran
