All kids deserve to learn in a safe, supportive and dynamic environment.

The Great Kindness Challenge provides a powerful tool that actively engages students, teachers, administration, families and community in creating a school culture of acceptance, tolerance, unity and respect.

All members of the Tumwater Hill Elementary School community are invited to participate!

6th Grade Student Leaders are in charge of this event.

Check out the display case by the office for a great kindness quote and ideas about how you can show kindness to others.

Every student at THE will receive a kindness note during the week, delivered by Student Leaders.

Teachers will have a Kindness Checklist to work on as a class - classes completing the entire checklist will be recognized on morning announcements.

Student Leaders will be presenting The Great Kindness Challenge to THE staff members at a staff meeting and to students at Pod Assemblies. Student Leaders also will be recognizing groups of THE staff members each morning during announcements.

Check out the THE hallways and other common areas for kindness posters and quotes to inspire you throughout the week!
