FEBRUARY 16 - THE RICHMOND MINUTES
Guide to Everything Richmond
VIDEO RICHMOND MINUTES
PARKING TICKET WARNING
I have found out that families have been getting parking tickets at Richmond. These tickets are being given from an automated SUV the city uses for parking law enforcement. Until some families brought it to my attention, I did not realize it was happening. The tickets are between 20 to 40 dollars. These tickets are mailed to you, so there is a delay. There is nothing the school can do about a ticket. I am sorry that this has caught you by surprise. I do not want anyone getting a ticket. Thanks for following our signs around Richmond.
BELOW ARE THE COMMON PARKING ISSUES
TWO ISSUES WITH KERNAN AVENUE:
1. No one should get out of their car when dropping off students.
2. There is a NO STOPPING zone on Kernan that starts at Dewey street and runs up to the next sign.
TWO ISSUES WITH DEWEY STREET:
1. No stopping from end of staff parking lot to sign.
2. No stopping by the sign up to the stop sign
PARKING VIDEO BELOW
I have the parking video shared below. I just want to give you an overview of the parking around Richmond. I suggest watching this in 1.5 speed.
