Information
Squanto was a Native American who was kidnapped many times throughout his life. He and his tribe, Patuxet tribe, made peace with the Pilgrims. Squanto was of great help to the Pilgrims, acting as a guide and interpreter, teaching them how to farm, and how to cook the crops they farmed. Another way of deepening the trust between him and Pilgrims was by finding a lost boy and assisting them with fishing.
