Laburnum Community Connection
Family Edition - February 28, 2021
This week we welcome back our 3-5 grade students in addition to the Pre-K-2 graders who started last week. Again, students who are returning are ONLY families who selected this option earlier in the school year.
As a reminder, if you requested bus transportation you can view your child's bus information through your Parent Portal account now. See the attached brochure for directions to create your account if you have not done so already.
On Monday, 3-5 grade students who have returned for in person learning will receive several forms that need to be completed and returned on Tuesday. These forms were also mailed to families. If you have completed them, please return to them to school with your child on Monday.
Without these forms, students will not be able to attend in person learning.
- COVID Health Screener Form
- Health History Update Form
- Pick Up Authorization Form.
Remember to send your child to school with a mask, Chromebook or iPad with charger, school supplies, and he/she may bring a water bottle.
Additionally, if you have a sick child, please keep your student at home and contact the school immediately.
Please review the instructional timeline below carefully.
