*Mass Uniform is required for ALL STUDENTS - Mass begins at 8:15 am
- Tuesday, May 22nd - Grades 6-7
- Wednesday, May 23rd - Grades K-5
- Friday, May 26th - All School Mass
PARENTS AND GUARDIANS PLEASE REMEMBER TO CALL OR TEXT SCHOOL FOR EVERY ABSENCE
ABSENCES MUST BE REPORTED TO SCHOOL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
Parents and students are expected to make every effort to attend school and arrive on time. Absences for illness or injury, medical or dental appointments, a funeral, or other special circumstances will be excused when a parent has called the school office. However each semester, after five excused absences without a medical note, the student will be considered unexcused moving forward. Please provide the office with a doctor’s note whenever possible. After 15 unexcused absences and tardy arrivals, you could be contacted by the state to appear in court.
Carefully review the school calendar when making plans for family vacations. Individual teachers will decide on the appropriate time allowed for students to make up work after an excused absence.
IF YOU'RE RUNNING LATE IN THE MORNING....
PLEASE BE SURE TO PARK AND WALK INTO THE OFFICE WITH YOUR CHILD TO SIGN IN AT THE FRONT OFFICE. It is very important for your child to be walked in by a parent or responsible adult and to sign-in acknowledging that you recognize that they were late.
KEEP KIDS SAFE THIS SUMMER
Swimming and water activities are a great way to enjoy health benefits from physical activity. Just remember keep a close eye on them, take plenty of restroom breaks and check diapers every couple of hours to help keep kids safe and healthy.
Keep the sunscreen on hand and remember that the sun's strongest UV rays happen at around midday, try to avoid activities at this time, but if that's not possible seek shelter under a tree, umbrella or a tent.

Giving Thanks For Summer
Father, Creator of all, thank You for summer!
Thank you for the warmth of the sun
and the increased daylight.
Thank You for the beauty I see all around me
and for the opportunity to be outside and enjoy Your creation.
Thank You for the increased time I have to be with my friends and family,
and for the more casual pace of the summer season.
Draw me closer to You this summer.
Teach me how I can pray
no matter where I am or what I am doing.
Warm my soul with the awareness of Your presence
and light my path with Your Word and Counsel.
As I enjoy Your creation, create in me
a pure heart and a hunger and a thirst for You.

Prayer to St. Joseph
Happy and blessed are you, O Joseph, to whom it was given, not only to see and to hear what many kings desired to see and saw not; to hear and heard him not; but to clothe him and to guard and defend him. Pray for us, O blessed Joseph, that we may be worthy of the promises of Christ. Amen.
