Day 1: Weather vs. Climate

Weather: the state of the atmosphere at a place and time as regards heat, dryness, sunshine, wind, rain, etc

Climate:

the weather conditions prevailing in an area in general or over a long period.

Weather is over a short period of time but climate is over a long period of time. They both describe a certain location.

Radiation: the emission of energy as electromagnetic waves

Convection: the transfer of heat through a liquid or gas
