Prayer and planning meeting
We Need You!
July is full of CC practicums here in Miami Dade! Please join us as we seek God in preparing and planning for these events! What an honor it is to be able to come together and serve our communities and other families who are just starting this journey!
This will be a meeting to help plan and cover in prayer the remaining three practicums here in our area. It is important that we have all hands on deck! God has given each of you a unique gift and when we come together and serve as the body of Christ it is beautiful!
We will be going over schedules, plans, special events and afternoon session topics, as well as volunteer positions. Please be in prayer as to how you can play a role in pouring into our local homeschooling community.

Volunteer Positions To Be Filled
Please consider where you might best fit...
- Pied Piper - conduct teen volunteer orientation, assign volunteers to their positions, help them sign in and out, keep track of volunteer hours served, help them behave
- Marta Stewart - coordinate coffee and snacks for our snack shack area
- Lunch Lady - coordinate lunch for our volunteers
- Production Assistant - coordinate speaker schedule with book rep, coordinate parent and challenge student panels, gather students for Foundations and Essentials demo
- Assimilators - help guests register the day of practicum, keep track of walk-ins and assist them, greet everyone
- Dragonslayers - coordinate dads' event
- Prayer Warriors - Really, we need everyone to do this. But would especially love for a specific group of people to be fully concentrated on covering every aspect of these events in prayer, walking through the rooms where we'll be and praying, praying before and after and the days leading up to the events
- Director Concierge - coordinate an event for all directors attending the event to get together and encourage one another, ask questions and support. Can be a dinner at a local restaurant or one catered in at the church for 8-12 people
- Book Buddy - create a schedule of volunteers to help the book rep with set-up and a schedule of directors to be available at book breaks to help answer questions in the book store area
- Sanity Saver - break each of our camp leaders for about 20 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes in the afternoon so they can step away, take a deep breath, say a prayer and gain the courage to go back in there.

Play Camp Leaders Still Needed!
We are also still looking for Play Camp Leaders for all of our July Practicums. This is a PAID POSITION! Applicants must be 18 years of age, enjoy working with preschoolers, love the Lord, and be willing to submit to a background and reference check.
