ITBS Schedule and Snacks

Our first day of ITBS went very well today. We did our reading portion today. Here is the remaining portions of the test we have left:

  • Monday, May 16: Listening, Language
  • Tuesday, May 17: Math
  • Wednesday, May 18: Social Studies, Vocabulary, Word Analysis
  • Thursday, May 19: Science, Computation

Please remember to get your child to school before 8 AM! It is very important that we have ample time for this test.

Because our schedule is a little different, our lunch time is an hour later through Thursday, May 19. Please bring in an extra small healthy snack for your child to eat after testing to give them that little extra boost of energy! Thank you!

Important Last Week of School Information

Can you believe we have less than TWO weeks of school left?!?! I am trying to hold on to these last few days and soak up every moment!

Please remember that our last day of school is on a THURSDAY this year, so make plans to have your first day of summer on Friday, May 27! Additionally, please note that we will not be having clubs during the last week of school and will dismiss at 3:30 PM each day. If for some reason you will not be able to come pick up your child at 3:30, any students left after 3:30pm will go to a teacher's room to watch a documentary until regular After Care hours begin. Please make arrangements to pick up your child at 3:30pm on the last week. We appreciate your help in this!

On our last day of school, we will have our Elementary Awards Ceremony at 1:30 PM. Students are allowed and encourage to leave after our awards ceremony, which should be over at 2:30 PM. My only request is you stop by so I can snag a big hug from your kiddo before they head off for summer break!
