Stress is a state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or very demanding circumstances

Stress can be caused by many things. From money problems, death in the family, relationship problems, to getting a new job. Many things can cause stress.

Stress can be a risk to your health. Being stressed can cause diabetes, obesity, headache, heart diseases, and depression.
Ways to prevent stress
There are many ways to prevent stress. Some are as easy as just laughing, exercise, meditate, don't procrastinate, and don't do anything that you know will make you stressed out

There are may ways to manage your stress. Some are to manage your time wisely, eat healthy, make time for you to just relax, vent to someone about your problems, and exercise regularly
