Metaphor

metaphor- A figure of speech containing an implied comparison, in which a word or phrase ordinarily and primarily used of one thing is applied too.

"The night can be my eyelids."

personification- The attribution of a personal nature or human characteristics to something nonhuman, or the representation of an abstract quality in human form.
