Supplies - Needed
We have not sent out the monthly list for supplies yet this year but we are running low on many staples that teachers consume frequently.
These are requested supplies to be brought in for November and December.
I will send out a link to signup.com when it is ready so that items you bring in can count for volunteer hours. We split up the items below in hopes of evening out the donations.
Parents, if you can, please send in the following items to your child's HR teacher or to the main office.
Grades K : Disinfecting wipes and/or copier paper
Grades 5 - 8: Glue Sticks and/or copier paper
Grades 9 - 12: Tissues and/ copier paper
Capital Campaign - SOAR
Click HERE to donate online or to see what the plans for the future are for our campus. You can also donate by check with students name and SOAR in subject line. NO amount is too small or too big. Ask those family members that would normally buy wrapping paper or candy, etc, to donate an amount to our school. Families can also create a monthly donation amount allowing you to split up the amount into smaller segments - using online paypal option.
All families that participate by November 22 will be listed on a banner of "1st Families". All students of families that donate by November 22 will receive coupons for 2 dress down days to be used on a day of their choosing.

CiCi's Pizza Ordering
Lunches will include personal pizza, a salad or carrot sticks, brownie and a water for $5. Additional slices of pizza may be ordered and we will be pursuing other side options as the program progresses. Instructions on how to place your online order are attached to this email. Please note, orders must be placed online (http://cicispizza.h1.hotlunchonline.net) and submitted no later than 8:30 am on Friday mornings to be accepted. We cannot accept orders or payments outside of this system with this program.
The NCLA piloted this program with our 3rd - 6th graders for two weeks. We think the program went very well, but have the following tips to ensure it is a success for your child.
- If your child will not eat a side item, please do not order it so we do not waste food.
- Please review with your child what they ordered in the morning.
- Please place your order no later than the night before to ensure you do not miss the cut off time.
- We run two reports to ensure we do not miss any orders. If your child is not on the report and did not pack a lunch they will need to go to the front desk. We cannot sell them an order on Friday.
