Online Verification for 2021-2022 - All Parents of Freshmen, Sophomores, and Juniors
Our online verification process for the upcoming school year is now available for all students. We are requesting that you complete the two forms available online through the Skyward Parent Portal.
Please access your Skyward Family Access account (www.pfisd.net/Skyward) to complete the forms. Forms should be completed by Monday, May 31.

If your address change results in an attendance zone change, you will need to complete the online forms for the new campus. New online forms will available once the address is updated in Skyward.

Keep in mind that you cannot wear a cap and gown from a graduation prior to 2020 for this ceremony.

We are going to miss you!!!

Meeting with Mr. Howell- If you need help before the school year ends, we are here for you. Please feel free to set up a time to meet with our office by visiting http://www.calendly.com/phscollegeandcareer. From Our Department Heads
LOTE DEPARTMENT
Bonjour chers parents,
This week was Teacher Appreciation Week and LOTE would like to thank our administrative team for showing up for us. It has been a year unlike any other, and these acts of kindness truly livened our spirits. Merci. Gracias.
This week also began the AP testing season. If your child is feeling extra vulnerable this week, it could very well be the pressures of taking these exams, not to mention if they are taking multiple ones! Encourage them to start their day with some light stretches and a breakfast of their favorite nutrient-rich things. These exams take a lot of brain power, and the kinder we can encourage our students to be to themselves, the better we can set them up for success.
As far as the exams for Spanish and French go, strategies Mrs Perez and I have shared with our students have been to fully take on their Spanish/French-speaking personas. Jam that music, watch your favorite shows with the audio set to the target language, eat those tacos and croissants, live the hispanophone/francophone life over the weekend. Being put in that mindset really does go a long way, as well does some encouragement.
Buena suerte! Bonne chance! You’ve got it, Panthers.
Wishing you a wonderful weekend and a Happy Mother’s Day,
Wendy Faz

Miles of Smiles
Miles of Smiles is a chance for seniors to drive through and see teachers and staff one last time from PHS before graduation. The theme this year is SURVIVOR, as we have all had to Out Wit, Out Play and Out Last this crazy school year! We encourage those who want to, to decorate their cars for the event (safety first, please) and join us as we celebrate the Class of 2021!
2021 Graduations Update
Our biggest and best event every year is beginning to come into view. Graduation dates have already been set and announced. They are provided again below as a refresher.
At this time, we are planning to allow six tickets per graduate. This is subject to change as we could possibly allow for more or fewer tickets depending on the local status with regard to COVID cases and protocols.
The graduation schedule is:
- Connally – Tuesday, June 1
- Weiss – Wednesday, June 2
- Hendrickson – Thursday, June 3
- Pflugerville – Friday, June 4
- Bad weather make-up date – Saturday, June 5
All graduations will be held at The Pfield and begin at 8:30 a.m. We know there are many questions as to what the ceremonies will look like, but many decisions will be based on guidance from local and state health officials depending on the situation at that time. At this time, we are anticipating providing 6 tickets per graduate; however, that could change as we get closer to the date depending on health guidance at the time. We will provide additional information as soon as decisions are made.
