one of a kind
The Inca architecture was 1 of a kind for its time of height and strength. This was because the stone was so clean and beautiful. The stone used by Incas was cut so precisely if you look closely at the buildings some didn't even use concrete they had the bricks fit in like puzzle pieces. Speaking of puzzles some of these buildings were complex in their designs they would put more work in then needed. This shows these artist true devotion firsthand for anyone to see.

The incas devotion
The molding of Inca masonry was incredible. They put so much work into the artwork, mark cartwright quotes ''finely worked to produce a precise arrangement of interlocking blocks in the finest of buildings.''Most of Inca blocks for building were more less cut but rather molded by hand. These were made with bronze tools as some of these blocks may of weight tons. Most blocks were moved by ropes, pulleys poles, and ramp or by hand. These blocks place of use was clearly marked because of how much work they took to move. Although it could take months to finish 1 wall they could stand after centuries of earthquakes.

Peasant/lower class buildings
Not every building in the empire was as fancy as the larger buildings. Most peasant/farmer buildings were built with brick adobe as well as concrete if you lived in a drier area most homes would be larded in mud. Most roofs were made of wood and grass; they were tied together with rope and string. Most of these roofs would have a stone circle in the middle for incline so rain doesn't flood the place.

Conclusion- I found out how they're building styles were different but through my research i didn't find many reasons why. Its clear that the Incas had that fancy living in their homes.
