Heath Brook School
Principal Update: October 15th, 2020
A Message from Principal Cenanovic
I hope this message finds you and your family well!
Although we know that this is a time of much uncertainty and worry for our community and our country, we continue to feel blessed at the Heath Brook that we are back together with our staff and students. These last few weeks have brought a tremendous amount of joy as we watch children engage in social, emotional and academic learning with their peers at home and at school. What a journey it's been to reimagine and reinvent education as we know it!
I would be remiss if I didn't mention how important our home school partnership is, now more than ever. You have been along side us as we worked out the kinks, adjusted our plans, handled technical difficulties and reassured our young learners! As our teaching partners, you've experienced both the joys and challenges of learning in real time. Our teachers are working incredibly hard to provide each of your children with the best possible experience under our current learning model and your support is tremendously appreciated. Your patience, kind words and encouragement have really helped keep our energy and spirits high!
Our teaching staff is dedicated to working collaboratively with you to solve problems, big and small! If you have any worries or concerns, please start by expressing them to your child's classroom teacher first, as this allows them to better understand and address potential issues quickly and efficiently. Whether its a message on Google Classroom, a quick email, or calling the Heath Brook directly, teachers are here and happy to help!
We are thankful to partner with you! We've got this because.....WE ARE HEATH BROOK STRONG!
With hope,
Felicia Cenanovic
