Calling All Immunization Records!!
As your children receive their middle school immunizations, please
remember to bring or send a copy of their updated immunization record to Mrs. Garcia ( nurse) at the AMS clinic. Many of your children have
probably already received these immunizations. For those who still need
their updated vaccines, please make these appointments very soon.
According to Texas state law, without proof of the required vaccines,
your child(ren) will not be able to attend school and may be withdrawn.
This is especially important for 6th grade students who are entering 7th grade.
Please call Mrs. Garcia (nurse) at 281-641-4605 or email at
kristin.garcia@humbleisd.net if you have any questions.
