February 2023

Registration Period for 2023-2024

Registration for the 2023-2024 school year is to be done online through Mozaik. As per school board requirements, your child must be registered before February 17th. After that date, you will need to restart the registration paperwork at school. Access to Mozaik is at this address https://portailparents.ca/accueil/en/

Term 2 Parent-Teacher Interviews

On February 23rd, your child's report card will be sent to you electronically.

As in the past, interviews for term 2 are by request only and will be held on February 23rd. The goal of this evening is to dedicate extra time for specific students and their families.

If you are requested for an interview, you will receive an invitation by email to book an appointment with your child's teacher.

If you are not requested for an interview, remember that parent-teacher meetings can be made at other times during the school year! Appointments can be made with your child's teacher through Class Dojo, email or through your child’s agenda.

Violence on School Grounds

Our team noticed an increase in physical violence on school grounds in recent weeks. Our priority is to ensure that students feel safe at school. We encourage you to have a discussion with your child in order to help us promote a supportive school climate. As a parent, you can:
  • tell your child to turn to an adult when tension is mounting with friends
  • reinforce expectations ("keep hands and feet to yourself", respect for others...)
  • help your child recognize his/her emotions and to express his/her feelings

As per our school policy, if a student is involved in a violent incident, parents will be contacted and may be asked to pick up their child at school.
