Taste of SCS Spring Fundraiser March 3rd Deadline Quickly Approaching!

On March 25th the PTA is hosting their annual spring fundraiser, “Taste of SCS.” This fundraiser is very special since the majority of the proceeds will go towards the construction of the new SCS playground we hope to have in place for the 2017-2018 school year. The PTA has taken a chance this year by hosting an event, primarily at the school, focused on strengthening our already amazing SCS school community. This event is designed to be an evening highlighted by not only spending time with old friends, but by meeting new SCS families and building your SCS network. Thanks to the generosity of our SCS host families and local restaurants, it is guaranteed to be fun and delicious evening! Cocktails and appetizers will be served on arrival at the SCS gym, then a trolley will take you in small groups to the home of a host SCS family for a catered dinner. A little over an hour later a trolley will return you to the gym for more cocktails and dessert. Upon return to the school, Mr. Dougherty will host a live auction with amazing experiences, or you can try your luck at winning one of three vacation packages.

In order to give the host families and restaurants enough time to plan, we must have all tickets in advance - March 3rd will be the deadline to return your forms to the office and March 5th online through the school store. The PTA appreciates your continued support and commitment to SCS. If you should have any questions please contact Kerryn Shaughnessy kerryn.shaughnessy@gmail.com or 201-819-5929.
