Are we finally going to have our first 80-degree temperature of the year this weekend? HOORAY!!!

Lake Street is very proud of our Math Bowl team and their coaches, Mrs. Hochbaum and Mrs. McBride. This fantastic team placed sixteenth in the state. We had a very excited anonymous donor buy all of our team members ice cream today to celebrate. Congratulations to these fine young mathematicians, keep loving math!

Also, last night, we had our twelfth annual NEHS Induction Ceremony. It was so nice to see everyone all dressed up with smiling faces as they received their official pin and card from Dr. Terrill and myself.

ILEARN is happening in the dolphin pool. Please make sure your child has ear buds/headphones and charged computers because this state standardized test is all on the computer. Testing schedules were shared with all parents in grades 3, 4 and 5. Please have your child get a good night’s sleep each night before a test day. Also, make sure your child has a good breakfast and send them with a healthy snack each testing day.

Lake Street Talent Show

Lake Street’s Talent Show is back!! If your child is interested in auditioning for the 2022 Talent Show, please submit the online google form and email your audition video to Mrs. Markham or Mrs. Klepsch by Friday, April 29th. Students may only participate in one performance. Please make sure your child’s performance is under 3 minutes long. More information about the Talent Show can be found on the google link below. We are looking forward to a wonderful show!
