New France is a colony established by France placed by the St.Lawrence. This colony mostly consisted of Farmers and Fur Traders. New France has constantly been with constant conflict and war first with the Aboriginals then the British.
Samuel de Champlain
Samuel de Champlain was the first man to create an absolutely permanent Settlement that to this day still stands! It is located around Québec City.
Pierre du Gua de Monts
Peirre du Dua de Monts established a settlement in Port Royal which happens to be Acadia
Napoleon Bonaparte
Napoléon Bonaparte sold Louisiana to the United State. French was marked by the exchanges/trades with the Aboriginal people, but also by conflict because of the fact that the French attempted to control a huge territory
The French's Journey At North America (Jacques Cartier's Adventure)
Jacques Cartier made three voyages of discovery, he had taken possession of the territory/land on behalf the king of France by planting a cross on the shore of Gaspé (1534) . After a years time he again sailed up to the St. Lawrence River to visit the Aboriginals settlements at Quebec and Montreal (places known as at present) he had returned at the year of 1536
