NEW MORNING BUS TIMES For EC/ECDEC
It is very important that all families with students who take the bus to school in the morning log into the Parent Portal (https://ic.ccsd15.net/campus/portal/parents/palatine.jsp) to review their child’s new bus times and route number. Since the change to the 3 Tier Bus Schedule, our transportation department has been reviewing our new routes and is working to improve arrival times and shorten our student’s bus routes when appropriate. We will continue to update you with any new changes. If you can not access your child’s bus information, please email Matt Warren (warrenm@ccsd15.net) before Monday morning.
Moving D15 Forward Community Presentation
As you may have seen in the email from the District before spring break, the next step of the Moving 15 Forward initiative includes sharing the specifics of the proposal at community information sessions and seeking feedback from stakeholders. Board President Lisa Scuzupaj and Superintendent Dr. Laurie Heinz, along with members of the District’s administrative team, will be bringing this plan to the CLA community on April 6th from 6 - 7:30 pm at CLA in Gym. In addition to the presentation at our school, meetings are scheduled at other schools in the District and in the broader community. CLA families are welcome to attend our presentation, but you are also encouraged to attend the presentation of your child’s home school to learn about the proposed changes to your child’s elementary or middle school.
