This Google Doc contains information parents and guardians must be aware of.
The MANDATORY auditions will be held digitally with Google Forms. You will receive the Google Form for the audition through G-Mail along with this Google Doc. You will record yourself once doing a piece of your act. It must be under 1 minute, meaning you will be unable to record your whole act. Then, you will attach the file of your recording to the Google Form. Your recording must be finished and uploaded by January, Tuesday the 19th at 9:00 pm.
The first MANDATORY dress rehearsal will be held in the new gym on the 22nd of January. Klein Online students must come in person to the dress rehearsal. It will be from 4:40 pm to 5:30 pm. You must have a ride home afterward. During the dress rehearsal, you will perform your whole act, and tell us what you plan to wear at the Talent Showcase. We will also practice how the Talent Showcase will be like. Keep in mind that you do not have to wear your outfit. Make sure to have a mask on at all times. The second MANDATORY dress rehearsal will be digital and will be held through Zoom: It will be on the 27th of January. You will receive the link through G-Mail.
The Talent Showcase will be held in the cafeteria from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm, on the 29th of January. Klein Online students must come in person to the Talent Showcase. You may only bring 2 people to watch. Your whole act will be performed in front of an audience when it is your turn. Masks will be worn at all times in the audience, stage, and backstage. You must have a ride home afterward.
For all after-school activities, make sure that you have a ride home. Parents or guardians must be aware of all information and be prepared to pick you up once the activities are over.
