Family Partnership Days
Family Partnership Conferences will be happening on Monday, November 21 after school and Tuesday, November 22 all day long. There will be no school and no conferences Wednesday, November 23. More information will be sent out via email and via HMS Newsletter soon. We are still solidifying the details of those two Family Partnership days.
Purpose: To partner with families to support students’ learning and social-emotional development.
School Climate Survey
On the morning of 11/8/22 Hazelbrook students will participate in the PBIS School Climate Survey during community meeting.
The School Climate Survey is an anonymous survey used to identify school climate issues within our school. There are 9 questions asking about students' experiences at school and should take no more than 10 minutes to complete. Students are also asked demographic information about how they identify. Click here to view a copy of the Student School Climate Survey questions. The data collected from this survey will be used to understand student perceptions of school climate issues within our school and how student identity may affect their school experiences. School staff will use the results to inform our efforts at improving our school climate.
Results are anonymous, but families are given the option for their student to opt-out of taking the survey. If you would like to opt-out your student, please contact one of our associate principals at the addresses below. Although we hope everyone is able to take the survey, we recognize some families may not want their students to participate.

Families unable to pay a fine can request a fee reduction off of their student's account for any broken or lost school materials checked out to them.
