there are many chemicals found in cigarettes. some of which are:
  • butane
  • nicotine
  • paint
  • rocket fuel
  • methane
all of which are very poisonous

Ways to quit smoking cigarettes

  • Set up a quit date
  • Write down all the reasons why you should quit smoking
  • And as your planning or getting ready to quit, stop buying cartons of cigarettes
