- Heads up that April 17th Dr. Teeter and Dr. Templeton will be here for their MS site visits. We will be in and out of classrooms.
- PD Make-up days for April 9 and April 16 from 3-5 PM and April 23rd from 3-5:30 PM the following are signed up to be there. We will meet in the library and the focus will be on creating the digital leadership notebook and creating lesson for next year around the following topics: Put first things first (Leadership Notebooks - Monday goal setting - calendaring Password Sheet in notebook Q2 - Time Management Matrix) and Paradigms (Behavior - how do I see things, what results and I getting Bullying, Hallway behavior running to lunch - there will be something for you to eat and a place to sit), Paradigm Shifts (Differences between 6th grade and 7th grade, 7th to 8th grade: You are now the leaders of the bldg), and See, Do, Get Model (What was last year like? What results do you want this year).

LEAD INFO
EVERY WEEK Students will complete their conference form every Monday during LEAD. Students track progress of their goals in LEAD on Tuesdays. Students will add any new celebrations to the Celebration Tabs on Tuesday. Students will add any new roles to their leadership tab in LEAD on Tuesdays. LEAD Focus - Habit 7 link to LEAD calendar IMPORTANT DATES By April 24th, students will complete an activity to place in their Self tab. Examples: All about me examples & The Many Pieces of Me

Monday, April 9th
- 9-12: Amelia and Amy will be out. Call the office if you need something and they will contact us.
- Troxell is out in the morning.
- LEAD class - Choir 2 students (8th grade only) will be called to Witt's room instead of going to LEAD. She will send a list out so you know who should be attending. See information above.
- All Team meeting after school - we will meet in the library. The Action team working on the leadership notebook for next year will be sharing some information and then we will end with All team meetings.
- PD Make-up day for those listed above.

- Librarian Appreciation Day!! Be sure to let Susan know we appreciate her!
- 8:45-2 - Amy will be helping in district employee interviews. Amelia will be out from 12-2 at district employee interviews.

- 6:45 AM - Lighthouse Team meeting in the team room. Please join us - we will be discussing transition day which will include Leadership Expo day so students can select their next year ACTION class.
