Reason I chose this Disorder is.....
I chose it because i wanted to learn about it, how it affects people and how do you get it.
What is Autism?
Autism is a disorder that makes it complicated to communicate with others and form relationships with people.
How does Autism affect the body?
It cause them to have difficulty in social interactions, verbal and nonverbal communications and impaired behaviors.
What does Autism affect in your body?
It affects the brain.
Symptoms of Autism
Trouble communicating, Learning disabilities, and Stereotype body movement.
How does it develop?
Is Autism a Mutation? A genetic tendency triggered by other factors?
A genetic predisposition and some people might believe it is caused by environmental factors.
How is Autism inherited?
It involves multiple genes and chromosomes so its not sex-linked.
Can this disorder be treated?
There is no real treatment for it yet but there is all kind of therapy that can help it. One therapy is sensory enrichment therapy. This therapy uses sensory experiences to enable the brain to reduce the symptoms of neurological development disorders.
How is this Autism diagnosed?
Right now there is no medical treatment for it, but there are physicians and psychologist to help them out.
How many and who are more likely to be affected by this disorder?
Boys are more likely to have autism than girls. Autism affects 1 in every 62 children and 1 and 42 boys.
Things i learned about autism.
Autism is a disorder that affects the brain that causes them to have trouble in things that are normal for us. There is no cure out in the world yet but they are still studying it to develop one. Autism affects more boys than girls.
