Welcoming Staff to Wakefield
Here in our office we welcome Patti Ponti from Peace Dale Elementary as our administrative specialist. As many of you know Regina transitioned to the high school at the end of the school year. Laura Iverson will be transitioning to second grade this year and we welcome Jennifer Rollins to our fourth grade team. For our special education instruction and support, we welcome Francesca Shiels and Maria Gobis.
With the addition of our district preschool-SKIP, we welcome their entire staff, many of whom I have had the pleasure of working with here in South Kingstown.

I am looking forward to the collaboration and new learning opportunities that will come with having our youngest learners join our school, as well as the new additions for our elementary students.
SKSD Technology Support Desk
The Repair Desk opened at CCMS for drop-ins August 31st - September 11 from 8:00 am until 1:00 pm, no appointments necessary.

Wakefield Re-entry Meetings
I recently hosted a second re-entry meeting with the PTO on August 14th so that I could share updates and discuss with you our planning and guidance from RIDE and RIDOH. In case you were not able to join us, I have included the link below:
