Preparing for your portrait date!

Tips and resources

We have received your portrait registration form and session fee payment - thank you! Please note your session date and back-up date above. Your portrait time is now locked on Jennifer's books! Every portrait session offers Jennifer unique opportunities to capture the beauty within each one of her clients lives. She's very excited for your turn!

You'll be in front of Jennifer's lens before you know it! We've prepared a short checklist to help you relax the day of your shoot.

Make sure you've had something to eat - hungry easily becomes grumpy...and unless we are creating portraits for Snow White, nobody wants that! ;)

A change of clothes for any adventurous children - because you just never know!

If you have a sentimental or adorable accessory (heirloom necklace, tutu, bear, football, hat, etc), be sure to bring it. These make great additions that will take you back to this fleeting time.

Pressure's off--Jennifer will direct your session with her expertise in lighting and posing. Please refrain from using your cell phones to photograph during the session.

Studio Address

Jennifer built a home that incorporated studio space right into the design. The studio is located in the back side of the house and the address is 515 Sullivan Road, Westminster, MD 21157. It is located directly across the street from the Legacy Farms model home, down a private treed lane, to the right at the fork.

Kind words from a client:

"Having pictures done by Jennifer is an amazing experience. Not only are the pictures beautiful pieces of art that you will cherish for a lifetime, but the experience of getting the pictures done is outstanding. Jennifer never makes you feel rushed. She makes you feel like you are the center of her world right then. ALL focus is on you and making your and her vision come true. However, I will say, her vision is well beyond what most people ever can imagine." ~ Amanda Costley
