- Shout out to the DL team who once again put on an amazing Dual Language Family Night!! - Lisa/Tina D.
Thank you to Melanie for being so proactive in getting books about immigration and refugees for me. Every day I find a new treat in my box to read aloud to students, and some she has requested from other campuses. Also, thanks for inspiring all students to read- they LOVE the buttons and the book towers. - Allison
Thank you to all of the staff who are so kind and generous to my son- it takes a village! Thank you to all of the teachers who have after school duty with teacher kids and keep them entertained for one of the longer duties. Thanks to Evelyn and Vani for opening up your rooms for after school play. Thank you to Jennifer Killian, who treats Nathan like her own student even though he's not in 2nd grade any more. And especially, thank you to Jennifer Lambert and Tiffany for recognizing my son's interests and passions, and treating him like a real artist and researcher. You guys are amazing! - Allison
A belated thank you to my wonderful kindergarten team for the beautiful baby shower and a big thank you to my whole Reed family for the showing of love and support--we can't wait for this little guy to be here! - Jessica
Shout out to the third grade team for taking the time and effort to work together on what's going to be a great PBL! To launch the project they walked over to City Hall and put learning in a new and relevant context for their students--very cool! - Jessica
Shout out to Katrina for taking on the crossing guard duties EVERY morning and afternoon since our crossing guard quit!! Your willingness to go above and beyond is greatly appreciated!!! - Lisa
Huge shout out to Amanda Willim for setting up, organizing and maintaining the Read Live morning club in the computer lab. She has worked so hard to train teachers and parent volunteers on Read Live, identify the kids needing this intervention, reward the kiddos with good attendance, and communicate their progress and attendance to classroom teachers. This is a HUGE job she has undertaken! - Magen
Mrs. Talley - thank you very much for allowing the kids in your class to make cards for me. What a kind gesture and very warming! Thank you very much! - Tanya
