SAVE THE DATE – Mark your calendars for June 15th!
PA Wednesday and PA Canvas courses will close next week! Make sure you have completed all work for these courses by May 26th!
LEARN and GROW Level Completions: Please remember we do not have an automated system to determine when you have finished Learn or Grow.
If you are completing the LEARN level this year or have previously completed LEARN but not received your incentive yet, you should have already completed the Learn Level Completion Form and received an email from our office either confirming you are finished OR alerting you of any courses you may be missing. If you did not receive one of those letters, then we do not have a completed form from you and you should complete THE FORM confirming your completion no later than Friday, May 22nd. Unfortunately, there will be no additional exceptions on this deadline.
If you are completing the GROW level this year through the playlist process, you should have received confirmation from our office that your playlists were approved. Remember, the deadline for your playlists to be fully completed and submitted is June 5th! Unfortunately, there There will be no additional exceptions on this deadline. Remember that in order to qualify for the GROW incentive through this pathway, you must meet all qualifications – at least 3 years of experience in CHCCS, previously received LEARN incentive OR are completing LEARN this year, and completed all required course work for the GROW level.
If you are completing the GROW level by way of a district-sponsored cohort, you should have received correspondence from our office reminding you that in order to qualify for the GROW incentive, you must meet all qualifications – at least 3 years of experience in CHCCS, previously received LEARN incentive OR are completing LEARN this year, and completed all cohort requirements including licensure. Remember, if your cohort is finishing next school year, your completion will be processed at that time.
