2024 AP EXAM SCHEDULE
Student Schedules with Testing Room Assignments COMING SOON...in mid April, students will receive emails with testing details
Morning exams START at 8:00am - ARRIVE at your testing location BY 7:30am (REALLY!)
Buses will run as usual on school days however normal bus routes will not arrive in time for morning exams. Please arrange alternative transportation ahead of time!
If you are taking a morning exam and you have 3rd or 4th period lunch and miss your lunch due to testing, you can eat lunch 4th or 5th period (excused) and then return to class 5th or 6th period. Attendance will be adjusted as needed.
If you are taking 2 exams on the same day you need to pack your lunch and you will have a short time to eat between tests while we check in afternoon students. For most exams, there will not be time to go to the cafeteria. Please plan ahead.
Afternoon exams START at 12:00pm - ARRIVE at your testing location BY 11:30am
There may be a holding area outside of the testing room if the morning exam is not finished.
If you are taking an afternoon exam and you have 5th, 6th, or 7th period lunch, you can eat 4th period (excused) until we move students to a check in holding area or before you head to your testing location.
Afternoon exams often test beyond the end of the school day, sometimes until after 4:00pm. You may need to make alternate transportation arrangements or take one of the late buses.
Communicate NOW with sponsors, coaches and parents about any afternoon exam logistics. We will not dismiss individual students to catch a bus to a competition. Arrangements should be made for a parent to drive a student to an away competition that falls on the same day of an afternoon exam. This must be discussed with your coach. DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE DAY OF THE EXAM TO ASK, PLAN IN ADVANCE!
