It's Teacher Appreciation Week and the Apex Fun Run fundraiser!
Teacher Appreciation is this week! Please see our flyer for the daily themes of things to send in or do for your child's teacher. We want them to know how much we love them this week.
Our APEX Fun Run fundraiser begins on Tuesday! Students will be bringing home access codes to create their account and gain pledges for every lap they run on May 13. Classes and students will be competing against each other to see who can win the daily challenge and they'll be learning all about being MIGHTY, which is tied to great habits at home and at school.
Please reach out to family and friends to sponsor your child. It's going to be a fun time on campus for the next two weeks for our students. We'll be using these funds to continue our campus beautification and teachers will earn money to use towards resources in their classrooms. The more the teachers raise, the more money they earn for their class. Every student will be receiving their Free Draw String Backpack, MIGHTY Leadership Wristbands & Apex Pledge Kit including access code to login at www.myapexevent.com during class!
Important Reminders
1. Our Apex Fun Run begins on Tuesday, May 4. Look for your child to bring home the information to create their Apex account for people to make pledges.
2. Fourth and fifth grades' field day is on Friday. Prepaid snacks will be for sale this week.
3. We are continuing to work towards our End of Year Party for all students with no more than three excused absences and three tardies will equal one absence.
