Principal's Message
The work that you have done with your children is honorable. You have not just been parents/guardians but you have also been teachers and I’m sure at times you may have felt like a referee trying to help your children navigate the technology, find a quiet space to work and keep them engaged in their learning. As parents/guardians you are your child’s first teacher. Our students are shaped and molded by you before they arrive at school. With the addition of COVID in our lives you got to be more formal teachers. Please know you did a great job of getting your child on their devices, supporting and teaching them through this unpredictable year. Thank you for your partnership and I am looking forward to strengthening our partnership so our students your children grow academically, socially and emotionally and have a positive and productive school experience. We can’t do it without you.
Have a safe, fun and relaxing summer. I miss the students already and can’t wait to see you and them in the Fall when we return to school.
Take Care!

2021-22 Back-to-School Forms
2021-22 Back-to-school forms to be completed online; prepare today by activating your ParentVUE account
Late summer, families will be completing back-to-school forms online via ParentVUE. Forms that will be a part of this process will include emergency cards, family contact information updates, and photo/military denial releases. Even though this process is not occurring until later this summer, there are steps you can take now to prepare.
In order to participate in this new forms process, parents/caregivers need to engage with the ParentVUE application. This is accessible by clicking Family Access toward the top right of any district or school website. If you haven’t activated your ParentVUE account, please reach out to your student’s school for an activation link.
ParentVUE holds a variety of student information, including grades, progress reports and transportation assignments. Please email Crest View's Administrative Assistant, Sue Risse, at Risses@district279.org if you have any questions.
