PTO Box Top Challenge

Do you know what Box Top$ are? Or more importantly, what they can do for our school...

Box Top$ come on a variety of foods and household/paper products. Each one is worth 10¢ when submitted and we get a check!

Over the last several years, we have raised upwards of $20,000 simply by snipping these little beauties and sending them to school with your MRE students!! The PTO is sponsoring a challenge to start Tuesday, January 22nd. It will run through Friday, February 8th. Each grade will have their own container in the MRE main hallway to collect Box Top$.

At the end of each week, they will be collected and counted. Tallies will be read the following Monday and at the 3 weeks, the students in the grade that collected the most Box Top$ will receive a special Box Top$ Spirit Stick and a reward(TBD).

As an added bonus, we’re setting a school wide challenge. If the students can collect 5000 Box Top$, the PTO will buy a special gift for the entire school. So, call your grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and maybe even your mail carrier, collect those Box Top$ and send them to school!
