Shoutout to our Mustangs going above and beyond!

THANK YOU TO OUR HEALTH CLERK!

Thank you to our health clerk Donna McAnally Cuelho who provides direct care to over 100 students a week! Donna takes care of our students’ headaches, cramps, sore throats, sniffles, scrapes, sicknesses, broken bones and accommodates endless tears and migraines.

Thank you Donna for your patience and for always welcoming students with a smile!

Catapult Goossens!

Mr. Goossens did his annual catapult day for his Honors Physics class. Thank you Mr. Goossens for going above and beyond for our students. Hands-on learning!

Egg Droppin' Alder!

Mrs. Alder's AP Euro students did their annual Renaissance Egg Drop. Students could only use material from the Renaissance Era for their contraption. Thinking outside the box!

Takahashi Sculptin!

Andrea Takahashi's AP Art History students recreated Greek temple sculpture figures. Students had to pose in the pediment and recreate what it looked like.

Mr. Landis and Mr. Yamashiro 9/11

We cannot thank these two gentlemen enough for the beautiful display on 9/11. Most of our students were not even born when this happen 18 years ago so it is important to continue to make sure we never forget.

Corolar and Candice College Fair

Corolar Schultz and Candice Marsano put on an amazing district college fair on Thursday. We had over 75 colleges in attendance and workshops. It was a great turnout and we heard nothing, but great comments about the event.

Peralta Study Hall

Coach Peralta has been holding lunch study hall for his football team to make sure they are taking care of business in the classroom. Appreciate you pouring into our kids coach!

Person Dropping Goose Eggs!

Jerry Person has led the freshmen team to a 4-0 record right now. Here's the kicker: THEY HAVE NOT GIVEN UP A TOUCHDOWN ALL-SEASON. Jerry Person might go down as the best defensive coordinator in San Gabriel Valley Freshman Football History. Keep it going Coach Person!

A WORTHY READ

The Forgotten Ones

I bet if you look at your classrooms and your schools, the squeaky wheels always get the oil. That is to mean that we often forget about our quiet kids or the forgotten ones. The kids who sit and do their work and are quiet and don't cause a problem. These kids can go through an entire day without a single teacher or peer speaking to them.
