A plateau is a large, flat area of land that is higher than the surrounding looks like a very wide and low hill. It is made by lava. A well known plateau is the Tidean plateau.


A pass is a area between two mountains or a mountain and water. A pass looks like a road In between mountains or hills. A famous pass is the Dorah pass
