Beginners Yoga
This class breaks down the most common poses (ASANAS) from the ground up, in a slower-paced format. Students will learn proper alignment in order to help protect the body and at the same time, learn to make adjustments or modifications in their own body to gt the most benefits. This class is perfect for beginners or yogis looking to enhance their practice and anyone who desires a deeper understanding of alignment.
