A Message from the Principal
At Yeshiva Lab School we create learning experiences that foster children transferring their Tefillah and Limmud Torah from school to the world they live in and vise versa.
Today we, the morot, shared with the children that even when we are not in school we learn Torah and daven. Many of our students shared that they also learn Torah and daven when not in school.
We decided as a group that even though we will not be together when we start Sefer Shemot that we would still try to learn about Parshat Shemot. We decided that we could document our Limmud Torah a few different ways: we could draw a picture, have a parent write a note, write about what we learned, take a picture inspired by the Parsha, build something related to the Parsha, or anything else we are inspired to do. We also decided that we would try to daven when not in school.
Below are links to Parsha resources for Parshat Shemot that you can use for Limmud Torah with your child. There is also a link to a video of our Tefillah so that your child can daven along with it.
We are looking forward to hearing about the Tefillah and Limmud Torah that your children do over the next week. Feel free to send in pictures for us to share!
Enjoy every second with your families, we will miss your children and look forward to greeting them upon our return.
