Wave Demonstrators in Physics
Students in Mr. Kosior's Physics class investigated the properties of waves using these wave demonstrators and an online simulation for remote students. Studying waves right now is pretty cool because they are, by nature, a way of transporting energy without transferring mass from one location to another. With this in mind, studying waves is kind of like the original social distancing activity.

7th Graders Compete on Reality Show
The Yuen twins in 7th grade, N’Dyah ad Ny’Lah, were on a reality show called "Survivalist", Season 2 Episode 2 called "Girls Go Wild". Below is the link to the show.
News from the Nurse's Office
Student health screenings are currently in progress by our school nurse, Mrs. Dreger. If your child is fully remote, and you wish for him/her to be screened this school year, please call or email our nurse to set up an appointment. Available time slots are Monday – Friday 1-3 pm. The nurse checks height, weight, and blood pressure; screenings are done for hearing, vision, and scoliosis (depending on age/grade of child). Mrs. Dreger can be reached at 856-853-0123 ext. 250 and/or kdreger@woodburysch.com
In addition, if you have received a vision referral letter in the mail, and taking your child to see an eye specialist would be a financial hardship, please contact Mrs. Dreger. There are coupons available for a free eye exam/free pair of glasses, and one of the participating providers is right here in Woodbury – Friedberg Eye Associates! In order to qualify for the coupon, the child cannot have any vision insurance/coverage. Your child’s vision health is very important If you have any questions, please contact the school nurse.
