Stay warm this weekend!!

I hope that everyone is able to stay warm this weekend! Remember - Monday and Tuesday are teacher PD days this week. About half of our teachers at FECC will be attending the PLC (Professional Learning Communities) conference at the Lake on those days. The other half will be attending PD within our district, and visiting early childhood centers in the Columbia and St. Louis areas. We love visiting other early childhood centers - it's the best way to get great ideas to bring back for our students!

When we return Wednesday, it looks like it will still be very cold. Please remember to dress your child(ren) appropriately, in several layers of light-weight, loose fitting clothing and make sure there is no exposed skin. We will not go outside when the temperatures are this low.

If your child is in need of a coat, please email or call me. We have coats at FECC for any child that needs one.

Our movie night has been reschedule for Thursday, February 21st. We have a lot going on between now and then, with homecoming and other activities. We hate to wait that long but are looking forward to seeing you then! Notice the flier below for a movie night at the high school as well!

Have a GREAT few days and we will see everyone back on Wednesday!
