The mission of Lakeshore Middle School is to promote collaboration between educators, students, and families to foster engaged learners and active and compassionate
members of their community.
Reflections from Mr. Swegles
Our 7th and 8th grade band stole the show at half time this past Friday night (okay, the HS band was pretty good, too)! They have working really hard on their performance and it showed. It is great that they had such a platform to showcase their talent and hard work. Next up, holiday music!
Our robotics team is "gearing" up for this year's competition and judging by the work that is going on the robotics room it looks like they are ready for the challenge this year.
Choir is gearing up for tomorrow night's performance after a busy week for a couple of small groups of performers. I had the opportunity to get a listen to the 6th grade sing one of the songs they will be singing along with the 7th and 8th grade choirs and I think we are all in for a great performance.
Thank you all for your continued to support of the students and staff at LMS. Here's to a strong finish of the first quarter and building momentum for second quarter.
