FOR FREE KINDERGARTEN-READINESS ACTIVITY CAMP
First 5 Permian Basin’s Kinder Camp is FREE for children in Ector and Midland counties
who will be entering kindergarten in Fall 2023
First 5 Permian Basin will once again host Kinder Camp, a FREE kindergarten-readiness activity camp. Kinder Camp is an enjoyable, educational experience available for children in Ector and Midland counties who will be entering kindergarten in Fall 2023.
Kinder Camp is an annual family-engagement event hosted by First 5 Permian Basin that will be held July 17 through July 21 this summer. Kinder Camp allows parents to work alongside their child to prepare them for their upcoming entry to kindergarten. It consists of parent-led activities for families to complete at home, as well as on-campus sessions for interactive activities.
First 5 Permian Basin hopes to support parents in their role as their child’s first teacher. Therefore, material to support parents as their children enter school will also be provided.
At the end of the week, campers will receive free school supplies for completing Kinder Camp.
Kinder Camp participation is FREE for up to 200 children who are entering kindergarten in Ector County and Midland County. To register, complete the application at this link (https://first5permianbasin.quickbase.com/db/btavvjcb6) or by scanning this QR Code:
